DRESS CODE

A clean appropriate uniform and good personal hygiene show pride in one's self and school. Westcoast School has a tradition of immacu­late dress. The school uniform is:

Boys: White dress shirt, Gray Slacks, Burgundy Ties, and dress shoes.

Girls: White Blouses with Burgundy plaid Skirts, and dress shoes.

Students will wear clothing that is clean, without tears or holes.

Students will wear clothing accessories in the manner that they were designed to be worn.

Students will not wear hats or head coverings in classrooms or offices. Students will not wear sunglasses in the classroom unless a statement from a doctor citing medical reasons is provided. Students will not wear hairdos that are unduly distracting (e.g., partially or weirdly shaved heads, bizarre and improper hair colors)

Students who come to school out of uniform or improperly dressed will return home.
